MR. ANDRÉ GAGNÉ
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gagné began his career as a turnaround company for all types of businesses, in various business sectors. His great qualities as a manager and negotiator are based on an inclusive approach aimed at balance and consensus between the parties involved. At the end of the negotiation, he presents a Marketing strategy based on the PEB communication strategy which will benefit all those involved in the negotiation.
Mr. Gagné has more than 15 years of experience in the global mining industry, having held senior management positions in this sector. As CEO / PDG of Komet Resources Africa from 2013 to 2019, he led efforts to strengthen the company’s strategic position and the reopening of the Guiro underground mine in Burkina Faso. Prior to joining Komet Resources Africa, Mr. Gagné was CEO/CEO of Robex Inc. from 2008 to 2013. After restructuring the company, he also initiated the Nampala mine project in Mali, which currently produces more than 40,000 ounces of gold per year.
He is a well-known businessman who has, to date, completed more than 20 company financings, with a total value of more than $44 million in hard cash on the stock markets.
Mr. Gagné studied Consumer Affairs at Laval University in Quebec City.
MR. JACQUES TREMBLAY
Director of Organization and Operations
Mr. Tremblay is a mining engineer graduated from Laval University with more than 40 years of experience in project development and management of mining operations, including 20 years in West Africa.
Jacques was most recently with Solutions Mining as a mining consultant involved in projects in Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea and Mali.

Previously Jacques was COO for KOMET Resources in Burkina Faso, COO fro ArcelorMittal Mining in Algeria, Project Manager-West Africa for Dumas Contracting and Director Operations-Maintenance for Nordgold in Burkina Faso and General Manager for the Kamoto underground mine for Glencore in RDC.
MRS. STÉPHANIE LEHOUX, M.Sc., B.B.A.
Director of Governance and Organizational Development
Mrs. Lehoux holds a Master’s degree in People and Organizational Development, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a certificate in Communication and Multimedia, specializing in organizational development.
Mrs. Lehoux’s expertise is evident in her ability to analyze and comprehensively understand organizational issues and challenges, as well as in her capacity to recommend, develop, and implement strategies, programs, and tools for employee development and well-being.
Throughout her professional career, Mrs. Lehoux has acquired extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge, particularly as a consultant in a consulting firm, in personnel and operations management in the airport sector, and through vast experience in coordinating marketing projects. This unique combination of skills allows her to successfully lead large-scale initiatives, optimize HR practices and organizational processes, while ensuring optimal synergy between human resources and organizational strategy.
